Oh my goodness! I’m excited to share with you one of my favorite secrets. Which is about not to be one. I often put hair jewelry in my hair or when I do updos. There’s so many ways and options of putting in jewelry that I can hardly think anyone could get bored with it.
One of the things I want you to know right off the bat- Hair should make you or the person getting the updo/ hairstyle feel beautiful, confident, and comfortable. There is absolutely no reason why all three can not be felt at the same time. I believe in creating hairstyles to fit you, not you fit the hairstyles (obviously photoshoots and themes are exempt).

Furthermore, I believe that hair can be created into an art piece. Hair jewelry can often help accentuate the hairstyle. One that can be worn no matter what occasion it is. Also- I’m a firm believer in creating updo/hairstyles that can be quick and easy…for doing on yourself. There’s tons of tutorials to learn how to do your hair. There’s no doubt in my mind. All I ask is that the ones you try, you keep in mind…you. Ask yourself….does this hairstyle make me feel beautiful and confident…and is it comfortable. Now…on the flip side of that- sometimes you have to wear a new style for a while to find out how it *really* makes you feel.
On that note: I do have a hairstyle I’d love to share with you. You may absolutely love it…or perhaps it reminds you of someone else who may love this. I hope if nothing else- on this Beautiful Monday you feel encouraged and inspired.
